A dynamic stretch and flow class designed to improve mobility, body awareness, and strength for both pole dancers and general fitness enthusiasts. Soft Strength blends yoga-based mobility, deep stretching, and functional movement to enhance flexibility and control — both on and off the pole. This class focuses on improving range of motion in the hips, back, and shoulders while building the core stability needed for fluid transitions and strong holds. Each session includes guided breathwork and mobility drills to help you move with greater ease, power, and precision. Perfect for all levels. Bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable attire for stretching and movement.
