We focuses on body awareness, confidence and conditioning, enhancing movements and fluidity, and exploring the natural sensuality of a feminine energy in a positive, empowering and comfortable atmosphere. Feel free to be sexy -- bodysuits, fishnet, bralettes, etc and heels (if that's your preference).
