Service Description

Backbends feel better when your whole body moves well. This all-levels class focuses on improving spinal mobility alongside shoulder, hip, and upper-back mobility to support smoother, more comfortable backbends. Expect intentional warm-ups, accessible drills, and progressions you can apply across your movement practice.
