Service Description

Learn how to utilize dance and body isolation techniques to build core strength and increase muscle control. Burn calories with some shimmies and shakes and awaken your inner Goddess! Little experience necessary. Classes are appropriate up to low-intermediate dancers. Dance skirts available for use in-studio. Hip drops and shimmies were more concentrated in the intro series, as well as undulations and figure eights. Each week we will further explore (in-depth) an area of movement to focus on: Option 1 - chest , shoulders and belly rolls Option 2 - traveling foot patterns Option 3 - layering upper and lower body
